Basic framework, floor and ceiling

Even though the assembly of modular units is simple, this simplicity has no affect on their resistance and safety. In accordance with Trimo regulations, every element of the container is manufactured for comfort, protection and aesthetics in mind.

BASIC FRAMEWORK

Material    
Cold formed steel profiles, 2 to 4 mm thick. 8 corner pieces (dimensions according to ISO standard 1161), rainwater pipe in the framework of the roof.


Surface treatment    
Sand blasted to a quality level of Sa 2.5, epoxy ground coat 30-40 µm thick, final vinyl acrylic coat to a thickness of 60-70 µm. Painting the framework with a zinc primer possible.
Standard colour is grey white (RAL 902). Other colours in accordance with the RAL scale also possible.  



FLOOR

Composition
  • External wainscot: flat galvanised steel sheet metal 0.5 mm thick.
  • Insulation filling: mineral wool 100 mm thick among steel transverse supports.

Insulation filling with mineral wall 60 mm – 150 mm thick also possible.

  • Steam blockade: PE foil 80 µm thick.
  • Waterproof chipboard 22 mm thick, V100 quality, E1. Construction with plywood or cement chipboard possible.
  • Final floor covering: final PVC floor covering 1.5 mm thick, with welded connections; in sanitary units an aluminium corner element is also built and extends up the wall to 100 mm high. Other possible constructions: corrugated aluminium ¾ sheet metal placed on chipboard, industrial flooring subject, to discussion, anti-static floors, two component polyurethane coatings 2 mm thick, or other floor covering, subject to discussion.  

Standard permitted loading: 2.00 KN/m2
Thermal conductivity coefficient: k = 0.32 W/m2K



CEILING

Composition
  • External wainscot: flat galvanised and painted steel sheet metal 0.6 mm thick.
  • Insulation filling: mineral wool 100 mm thick among wooden transverse supports.

Insulation filling with mineral wall 60 mm – 160 mm thick also possible.

  • Steam blockade: PE foil 200 µm thick.
  • Inner wainscot: chipboard 8 mm thick, quality V20, E1, treated with white foil. Joining of chipboards with PVC profiles.Construction with shallow corrugated, galvanised, and painted steel sheet metal RAL 9002, 0.5 mm thick or with lowered Armstrong ceilings.


Meteor water outlet: 4 pieces of PVC rainwater pipes, 50 mm in corner pillars
Permitted loading: 1.00 KN/m2
Thermal conductivity coefficient: k = 0.32 W/m2K
